Forklift Truck

Forklift truck is a kind of storage truck. It can be divided into two types according to the operation mode: seat-driving Forklift truck and station-driving Forklift truck. Forklift trucks with forward movement have smaller lifting weight and are often driven by motors. Electric Forklift Truck has the characteristics of flexible maneuver, light handling, pollution-free and low noise. It combines the advantages of electric stacker and balanced weight forklift. When the gantry is extended to the top and the load center of gravity falls outside the fulcrum, it is equivalent to balanced weight forklift. When the gantry is fully recovered, the load center of gravity falls inside the fulcrum, which is equivalent to the electric stacker. The combination of these two performances ensures the flexibility of operation and high load performance, while the volume and self-weight will not increase much, thus maximizing the operating space and greatly improving the land utilization rate. Therefore, this product is  suitable for light industry, tobacco, textile, food, supermarket and other industries whose operating area is narrow, to complete material handling and stacking operations. It is one of the indispensable equipment for modern warehousing, and also one of the competitive focus of the world's major forklift manufacturers. Up to now, the maximum lifting height of forward forklift truck can reach 13 meters in foreign countries, and 9 meters in China.

Forklift truck has the common characteristics of balanced weight forklift truck and electric stacker. When the front end of the gantry is extended, the load center of gravity falls on the outside of the fulcrum, which is equivalent to the balanced forklift; when the gantry is fully recovered, the load center of gravity falls on the inside of the fulcrum, which is equivalent to the electric palletizer. The combination of these two performances makes the forklift have the advantages of flexible operation and high load. At the same time, the volume and weight of the forklift will not increase much. It can save the working space to the maximum extent and greatly improve the utilization rate of warehouse space.
