Before starting the side load forklift electric, it is necessary to check whether all parts are in good condition and the performance of all operating elements and safety devices. A mobile forklift can only use the current generated by batteries. It can't use rectifier AC to avoid damaging electronic components.
The brakes and batteries must be checked before moving the forklift. Open the electric lock, move the control rudder to its moving position, rotate the accelerator slowly, and move it to the corresponding working area. Forklifts move forward when they turn the accelerator forward, backward when they turn the accelerator backward and stop when the accelerator returns to the middle position. Start, stop or change the movement slowly, because sudden movement may cause danger (due to inertia, especially at high speed). A load of forklift truck should be in a low position, the height of fork off the ground should not exceed 300 mm, and the narrow passage or curved road should be decelerated.
1) Lower the fork orthogonally close to the shelf, and then enter its bottom.
2) The fork withdraws from the bottom of the shelf.
3) Raise the forklift to the required height, make sure that the fork is easy to enter under the pallet, and approach the pallet slowly until the load is safely placed on the fork.
4) Lift the forklift until the pallet is lifted from the shelf.
5) Slowly move back to exit the channel.
6) Slowly reduce the load while ensuring that the fork will not encounter obstacles during the descent process.
