The Working Device Of The Wheel Loader
The loading and unloading operations of the wheel loader are realized through the movement of their working devices.
The working devices of the wheel loader are composed of bucket 1, boom 2, connecting rod 3, rocker arm 4, turn bucket oil cylinder 5 and boom cylinder 6. The entire working devices are hinged on the frame 7.
The bucket is articulated through the connecting rod, rocker arm and the rotary bucket cylinder to load and unload materials. The boom is articulated with the frame and the boom cylinder to lift the bucket. The turning of the bucket and the lifting of the boom are hydraulically operated.

They are divided into three-bar type, four-bar type, five-bar type, six-bar type and eight-bar type according to the amount of the linkage mechanism; and they are also divided into corotation linkage mechanism and reverse linkage mechanism according to whether the steering of the input and output poles is the same.
The earthwork abopts the wheel loader bucket structure. The bucket body is usually welded with low carbon, wear-resistant and high strength steel plates. The cutting edge is made of wear-resistant medium manganese alloy steel. The side cutting edge and the reinforcing angle plate are made of high strength and wear-resistant steel.
