Do it carefully before work:
Before work, check the battery storage capacity, and whether the brake, direction, horn, hydraulic system and other devices are sensitive and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to operate with faults. When the power is insufficient, it should be replenished in time.
Serious to do during the work:
1. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the parts or carry out maintenance work during loading and unloading operations.
2. When starting the
electric pallet truck, keep the proper starting speed. It should not be too strong. During the walking process, it is not allowed to pull the direction switch to change the driving direction. When it needs to change the running direction, wait until the vehicle stops completely to prevent the electrical components from being burned down and the gears from being damaged;
3. It is strictly forbidden to turn at high speed sharply during driving; when driving on wet or slippery road, the steering should be decelerated and the
electric pallet truck should be carefully driven on the ramp; it is strictly forbidden to make turning on the ramp, otherwise there is danger of tipping
4. When you start, check to see if there are people and obstacles around you.
5. It is forbidden to carry manned operation; overload operation is strictly prohibited either; the cargo center should be in line with the center of the car body, and no eccentric load is allowed; when handling large volume cargo and the cargo blocks the sight, the forklift should be backing up at low speed; pay attention to obeserve the electric forklift's voltmeter voltage, if it is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift should stop running immediately
Seriously do after working:
After the work is done, place it in the designated area and charge the electric forklift. All fire sources are prohibited around the charging place.
