1. When the cover tire is damaged by cracks, holes, blisters, delamination, etc., it should be repaired or renovated according to the specific situation. File around the damaged inner tire and make it rough, stick the hot curing rubber patch on the damaged area, and make the hole just in the middle of the rubber patch. Next, put the tire repair clamp on the hot curing rubber patch, tighten the screw and then ignite the heating agent on the patch. After 10-15 minutes, the patch can be tightly bonded with the tire.

3. Timely replacement: If there are irreparable problems such as serious rupture, aging, clamminess and deformation in the inner tire of the high capacity forklift, the tire needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, you should regularly check the tire pressure once every other month, and add the tire pressure in time when it is insufficient.
