Electric hydraulic forklifts are mainly forklifts designed for cargo handling in warehouses. With the exception of a few forklifts (such as manual forklift stacker), which are driven by manpower, they are all driven by electric motors. Because of the compact body, flexible movement, light weight and good environmental performance, they are widely used in the storage industry. The motor driven storage forklift requires a spare battery for multiple shifts.
(1) Electric pallet carrier
The carrying capacity is 1.6 to 3.0 tons, the width of the working channel is generally 2.3 to 2.8 meters, and the lifting height of is generally about 210 mm. It is mainly used for horizontal handling and cargo loading and unloading in the warehouse. There are three operation modes, such as walking type, standing type and sitting type, which can be selected according to efficiency requirements.
(2) Electric pallet stacker
Electric pallet stacker is divided into two types: full electric pallet stacker and semi-electric pallet stacker. As the name implies, the driving and lifting of the full electric pallet stacker are all controlled by electric power, which saves effort. As for the latter type, you need to manually pull or push the forklift to move, but the lifting is controlled by electricity. The carrying capacity is 1.0 to 2.5 tons, and the width of the working channel is generally 2.3 to 2.8 meters. Compared with electric pallet carrier, it has the door frame. The lifting height of the forklift is generally within 4.8 meters, which is mainly used for stacking and loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse.
(3) Reach forklift truck
The bearing capacity is 1.0 to 2.5 tons, and the door frame can be moved forward or retracted as a whole. When retracting, the width of the working channel is generally 2.7 to 3.2 meters, and the lifting height can be up to about 11 meters. It is often used for stacking and picking up goods of medium height in the warehouse.
(4) Electric order picker forklift
In some cases, it is not necessary to ship the whole pallet, but to choose a variety of goods according to the order to form a pallet, and this link is called picking. According to the height of picked goods, electric order picker forklifts can be divided into low order picker forklift (within 2.5 meters) and medium order picker forklift (up to 10 meters). the bearing capacity are 2.0 to 2.5 tons (low order picker forklift) and 1.0 to 1.2 tons (high order picker forklift with cab lifting).
(5) Low driving three-direction stacker forklift
Low driving three-direction stacker forklift is usually equipped with a three-direction stacker head. The forklift does not need to turn, and the forks can rotate to achieve the stacking and picking of goods on both sides. The channel width is 1.5 to 2.0 meters, and the lifting height can be up to 12 meters. The cab of the forklift truck cannot be lifted because it is on the ground all the time. Considering the limitation of the operating vision, it is mainly used in situations where the lifting height is below 6 meters.
(6) High driving three-direction stacker forklift
Similar to the low driving three-direction stacker forklift, the high driving three-direction stacker forklift is also equipped with a three-direction stacker head. The channel width is 1.5 to 2.0 meters, and the lifting height can be up to 14.5 meters. The cab can be lifted so that the driver can clearly see the cargo at any height and can also carry out picking operations. High driving three-direction stacker forklift is better than low driving three-direction stacker forklift in efficiency and various performance, so this model has gradually replaced low driving three-direction stacker forklift.
